1. Pursuant to the transfer order dated 14.08.2017, the petitioner was required to be relieved for joining at the transferred place.

2. In the absence of said relieving, he preferred the writ petition which was disposed of on 25.10.2017 directing the authority that if the transfer order of the petitioner is still operative, the respondent authority shall relieve the petitioner towards implementation of the transfer order dated 14.08.2017.

3. Barely one month has elapsed from the date of order and the petitioner has again rushed to this Court by filing this contempt petition, without waiting for a reasonable period to elapse giving time to the authority to take action in accordance with law.

4. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move again, if no order is passed by the authority concerning his relieving within next two months.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
