Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 01/07/2016 Heard on I.A.No.01/2016, application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the MCC is condoned. Also heard on M.C.C.No.192/2016 which is an application for restoration of F.A.No.44/2003, which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2015 for want of prosecution. This is not opposed by counsel for respondents.
