1. Heard.

2. The aforesaid bail applications are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of same crime Number.

3. The applicants have preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.141/2020, registered at Police Station Tumgaon, DistrictMahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The applicants alongwith other co-accused persons have committed loot of Rs.11,52,000/- from the Government liquor shop of Tumgaon on 17-10-2020.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. The first bail applications of other co-accused persons have been rejected by detailed order on 03-02-2021 in MCRC Nos.7971 of 2020 and 8490 of 2020. The second bail application of co-accused persons also rejected on 02-07-2021 in MCRC No.4208 of 2021.

7. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail.

8. Accordingly, the present bail applications of both the applicants are rejected.
