Grievance of the petitioner is that even though, the petitioner complied with the order passed by the State Government on 14-08-2017 and submitted joining at the transferred place, the authority is not accepting his joining. He submits that according to the State Government's order dated 14-08-2017 (Annexure P/1), an Officer has to be treated as automatically relieved, after 15 days. The relieving authority did not pass any order of relieving, therefore, in view of the State Government's direction, the petitioner stood automatically relieved and then, he submitted his joining at the transferred place.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the order passed by the

State Government have to be complied with by the subordinate authorities. 3.

In view of the clear stipulation in order dated 14-08-2017, the petitioner, after expiry of 15 days, has to be treated as automatically relieved. It is directed that the petitioner should be allowed to join at the transferred place, if not allowed, till date. 4.
