This is the first bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC and there is no bail application is pending before any other Court. 2.
The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.136/2019 registered at Police Station- Civil Lines- Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34 (2) of CG Excise Act. 3.
Argument heard.

Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 25.02.2019, 6.480 bulk liters of country made liquor was seized from the possession of the applicant. 5.
Counsel for the State submits that three other criminal cases have been registered against the applicant, out of which 2 under Excise Act and 1 under IPC. 6.
Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. It is directed that if the applicant furnishes two solvent sureties for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned Trial Court with condition that he will not involve in any crime in future, he will appear before the Trial Court at 11:00 am as and when directed till trial and he would cooperate during the trial, he shall be released on bail. 7.
