Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been acquitted by the Special Court on 28.11.2013 for offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 but the respondent authorities are claming Rs.2,43,383.29/- against the petitioner in the current electricity bill against which the petitioner has made several representations before the respondent authorities from time to time but it has not been considered till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an additional representation along with the copy of the current electricity bill before the

Criminal Court and, in turn, the Criminal Court shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
