1. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has already completed his jail sentence awarded by the Trial Court, therefore, the appellant does not want to press this appeal.

2. A letter dated 05-02-2018 sent by the office of Superintendent, Sub Jail, Bemetara is placed on record which states that Appellant has been released from jail on completion of his sentence on 21-03-2002.
