Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representations / objection before the respondents No. 3 and 4 on 17.05.2017 and 01.06.2017 to protect his possession over the lease land but it has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 3 and 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's objection / representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of

copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
