1. The only relief that the petitioner has sought for is that the respondents 2 & 3 be directed to take a decision on the application for grant of parole to her husband namely Gulab Choudhary who is undergoing life imprisonment at the Central Jail, Bilaspur for the offence under section 302 of IPC.

2. State counsel does not oppose to the limited prayer that the petitioner has made.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the application that the petitioner has filed for grant of parole to her husband at the earliest.
