1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 for deciding the application of the petitioner filed under Section 178 read with section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code before the

respondent no.3 on 31.07.2017 and which till date is pending.

2. State counsel does not oppose to the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for.
