1. Heard.

2. The instant petition is against the order dated 12.02.2018 whereby an application preferred by the plaintiff under Order 17 Rule 1 CPC, was allowed on cost of Rs.500/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that unnecessary adjournments have been given by the Court below, therefore, the order of adjournment may be set aside.

4. Perused the order dated 12.02.2018, wherein it appears that for the reasons assigned in the application for adjournment, the case was adjourned for evidence at a cost of Rs.500/-. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, I do not find any justification to interfere with such order.
