Though the petition is listed for orders on default due to incomplete document of Annexure P/1, taking into consideration the nature and gravity in the petition, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending and it can be disposed off at this stage.

The petitioner, villager of Village Vidyadih, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents authority to constitute enquiry against respondent No.4/ Sarpanch and respondent No.5/ Secretary on the allegation of misappropriation of food-grains made available for the purposes of distribution under Public Distribution System.

The petitioner has made certain representation to the Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer. Those complaints may be looked into by the competent authority and decision may be taken in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
