Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have made an application for demarcation of plot before the Tahsildar, Raigarh which is pending consideration since 26.12.2017 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar Raigarh is directed to take decision on the petitioners' application and demarcate the land of the petitioners expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in presence of petitioners and for other remedy, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
