Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the application filed by respondent No. 4 for correction of land revenue records is pending consideration before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Saraipali, DistrictMahasamund since 10.12.2012 and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authority to consider and decide the application expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Sub-Divisional Officer,
Saraipali, is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
