Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application before the respondent No. 3- Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bilaspur for removal of encroachment which is pending consideration since 09.01.2017 and has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be
issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Sub-Divisional Magistrate is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application after hearing the parties expeditiously.
