1. PUD has been received from the Court of JMFC, Ambikapur, District - Surguja, requesting for extension of time granted for disposal of the pending Criminal Case No. 1596/2017, (State Versus Smt. Santoshi Naidu and Ors).
2. In M.Cr.C. No. 6576/2017, by order dated 14.11.2017., this Court has directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
3. It is mentioned in the PUD that the applicants have been granted bail by Supreme Court, hence, under these circumstances there is no necessity of any expeditious trial, hence, direction issued in the earlier order is recalled and the concerned trial Court is at liberty to conclude the trial in ordinary course.
