Though this petition involves challenge to the order

dated 05.03.2016 by which the Registrar has appointed respondent No.5 as authorized officer of the federation, I find that it is an order passed by the Registrar against which, there exists remedy of statutory appeal under Section 78(1)(b) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act. 2.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the orders of this nature are not appealable, in the absence of any express stipulation in any of the provision of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, are liable to be rejected at the threshold. 3.
