During the pendency of this appeal, appellant No.1 has died and as per Court order dated 19/03/2018, appeal on his behalf has been abated. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of appellant Nos. 2 & 3 submits that the said applicants were convicted under Section 294 IPC and both were awarded fine sentence of Rs. 500/- which they have deposited before the trial Court, therefore, he does not want to press this appeal on their behalf.
