1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred by order dated 28.02.2020 from Regional Office, Bilaspur to the Municipal Council, Sakti. It is stated that the said transfer has been effected in the ban period as initially the transfer period was till 14.08.2019 which was further extended to 23rd of August, 2019, thereafter no transfer could have been made that too in the mid of the session, therefore, the transfer order which has been passed during the ban period may be canceled.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
