Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 15/03/2019 1.

The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 2/03/2019 passed in appeal case No. 01-A/89/2018-19. 2.

This Court at the outset is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition for the reason that, there is an alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioner to be preferred before the Commissioner under Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 and also the circulars issued by the State Government under the said rules.

3.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner make an appeal at the earliest to the Commissioner along with an application for interim relief and the Appellate Authority is further directed to ensure that the appeal is taken-up and decided at the earliest.

4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
