1. License Suspension order dated 7.12.2015 is challenged by the petitioner on the submission that the suspension is based on search carried out by the incompetent authority.

2. It could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is alternative remedy of statutory appeal. The grounds raised before this Court could well be taken before the Appellate Authority.

3. The petition is therefore dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal

-2before the Appellate Authority.

4. The appeal of the petitioner shall be decided by the competent authority as early as possible.
