1. The petitioner had approached directly against the order passed by the Tahshildar, therefore, the Writ Petition has been dismissed on the ground of existence of alternative remedy.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, we do not find any ground for interference with the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

3. Appellant has statutory remedy of preferring an appeal under

Section 44 of the C.G. Revenue Code, 1959, therefore, he has efÏcacious alternative remedy.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
