Shri M. P. S. Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioners in MCC No.256/2019, would inform that the petitioners have been handed over possession of the alternative land bearing Khasra No.71/3, admeasuring 1.30 Acres, situated at Village Bodri, in addition to the land already alloted to the petitioners, as is mentioned in the order passed by this Court in the writ petition. 2.
In view of the statement made, proceedings in both the matters are closed.

Accordingly, the MCC and the contempt petition stand disposed of.
