Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/05/2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner on 01/12/14 for grant of counter signature of stage carriage permit on the route Raipur to Kusmi, via Bilaspur, Ambikapur, Rajpur, Shankargarh and one return trip is pending without any decision.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statutory prescription of 60 days for decision of the application have already expired but till date his application has not been decided.

State counsel submits that if the petitioner's application is pending, the same shall be decided as early as possible.

It appears that petitioner's application is pending with the respondent authorities since 01/12/14 without any decision for counter signature. Let the respondent decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
