Agrawal Order On Board 13/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Rs.2,75,510/- has withdrawn the security deposit of the petitioner by respondent No.4, which is illegal and bad in law against which he has made representation to the respondent No.1, but the same has not been considered and decided till now, hence this petition. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of 45 days

from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
