Heard on I.A.No.3/2015 for deleting the name of respondent No.2 from array of respondents.

It is submitted that legal representative of respondent No.2 is already on record as respondent No.1, hence, the petitioner be permitted to delete the name of respondent No.2.

No any objection is made for I.A.No.3/2015 by the respondents present.

On due consideration, I.A.No.3/2015 is allowed and the petitioner is directed to delete the name of respondent No.2 from the cause title of the instant WP(227) during course of the day.

Also heard on admission.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the instant petition may be disposed of as withdrawn without any appreciation of its merit reserving the liberty to raise issues and facts before the claims tribunal at an appropriate stage if available under the law. 7.

As prayed, the instant WP(227) is disposed of as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
