This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.30/2010, registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that 17 criminal cases have been registered against the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC and other offences and further taking into consideration the material collected by the prosecution in this case against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
