Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of prosecution witness namely Resham Lal Sahu.

There is no need to get liberty to file subsequent bail application on the new ground.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn without considering the merits of the case. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible on priority basis from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
