Hon'ble Shri P. Sam Koshy, J Order On Board 05.11.2015 Learned Counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that the whole grievance of the Petitioner is regarding not providing of OMR sheets to him against which a representation was made by the Petitioner to the Respondents/State which was not considered by them and to which directives have also been given by this Court in W.P.(S) No.1537/2015 dated 1.5.2015. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that the said OMR sheets have already been dispatched to the Petitioner and since the address provided was not proper, the same could not be served on him. He further submits that in case the Petitioner provides the correct postal address, he shall ensure that the OMR sheets along with relevant documents are dispatched to him at the said address promptly.

In view of the said fact, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Contempt Petition.

The present Contempt Petition is disposed with a direction that the
Petitioner shall provide his correct postal address to the State counsel and the Respondents/State shall send the correspondence and the OMR sheets within a period of four weeks from today.
