This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 31/08/2015 in which this Court directed to decide petitioner's application in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The respondent has filed its reply and has also placed on record order dated 26.05.2016/06.06.2016 by which, the petitioner's application has been considered and decision has been taken to reject the application.

Irrespective of the merits which it may have, it is found that the order of the Court has been complied with, though belatedly. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order on its own merits.
