This petition has been filed by the applicant for restoration of W.P. (C) No.320/15 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed by this Court by which the applicant was directed to remove the default, as pointed out by the office, within a week, failing which it was directed that writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

The petitioner submits that he did file typed copies of the relevant documents but the same were not accepted by the office on the ground that the

original documents of which typed copies have been filed are not legible. He further submits that in view of the administrative orders subsequently issued by this Court, the writ petition filed by him would be accepted.
