This petition is directed against order dated 29/02/2016 passed in appeal by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a person of poor means, that contention cannot be accepted on the face of record. There is an efficacious remedy of filing statutory revision under the provisions of Land Revenue Code before the Revisional Authority who is competent to pass interim orders.

Having not taken remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this petition only on the ground of existence of alternative remedy. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
