This MCC has been preferred for restoration of WPC No.1195 of 2021, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.03.2021. After going through the reasons mentioned in the application, which is supported by the affidavit of petitioner, I am satisfied that the petitioner is able to explain sufficient reasons for non-appearance of his counsel on 02.03.2021 Accordingly, the MCC is allowed and WPC No.1195 of 2021 is restored to its original number.
