Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 / 12 /201 (1) By the impugned order dated 09.11.2017, the Family Court, Durg has rejected the petitioner's application filed under Section 7 read with Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 (for short, "Act of 1890"), against which the appeal is maintainable under Section 47(a) & (c) of the Act of 1890, therefore, the writ petition as framed and filed is not maintainable. (2) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy under the relevent provisions of law.
