1. This application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 318 /2010 registered in Police Station -Gol Bazaar, Raipur, District- Raipur (CG), for alleged commission of offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the applicant has already approached this Court in a separate petition arising out of rejection of application for compounding of offence, the applicant does not wish to press this application.
