Agrawal Order On Board 0 9 /0 1 /201 (1) After arguing at fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to make fresh representation to the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board/competent authority in light of note-sheet dated 6.11.1994. (2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. If the petitioner makes fresh representation to the Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board / competent authority within a period of two

weeks from today, the same is expected to be decided expeditiously without prejudice to the right of the respondents.
