Learned counsel for the parties would submit that by order dated 26.04.2017, three Rojgar Sahayak namely, petitioner Komal Prasad Patel, Krishna Kumar Sahu and Smt. Kavita Kashyap were removed from service. Writ petition preferred by Smt. Kavita Kashyap bearing WPS No.5653/2017 and that of Krishna Kumar Sahu bearing WPS No.5656/2017 have been allowed by a

common order dated 31.10.2017 (Annexure-P-5), therefore, the present petition is squarely covered by the said order passed by this Court.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also allowed in the same terms as in the matter of Smt. Kavita Kashyap (supra) and Krishna Kumar Sahu.
