Limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application for change of timing in regular permit is pending since 17-09-2014 direction may be issued to the respondent to decide the same expeditiously.

State counsel has no objection if any such direction is issued to the respondent. 3.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent to decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 17.09.2014 if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
