Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has expired and death certificate of the applicant has been produced with the application for taking document on record. The application is also supported by affidavit of Smt. Manju Goyal, wife of this applicant.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the death certificate has been issued by Registrar (Birth and Death) Municipal Corporation Bilai Charoda, therefore, the State has no objection. 3.

Present criminal revision has been brought against the impugned judgment of the appellate Court dated 12-03-2018 passed in Criminal Appeal No.08/2016 by which the conviction of the applicant under Section 386 of the IPC was confirmed. However, the sentence part was modified. 4.

On account of death of the applicant now this proceeding in criminal revision stands abated. Therefore, this revision petition is disposed off. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Aadil
