1. The Counsel for the Respondent has produced an order dated 08.08.2018 showing the compliance of the Order passed by this Court on 05.04.2018 in WPS No. 972 of 2010.

2. The Counsel for the Respondents also submits that the interest part has also been paid to the applicant/petitioner.

3. Given the said submissions by the Counsel for the Respondents, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains as of now to proceed with in the present Contempt Petition. Reserving the right of the applicant/petitioner to challenge the subsequent development, if he is still aggrieved of the decision taken by the State Government afresh.
