1. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed by modification of the terms and conditions on which he was granted bail by this Court on 13.9.2013.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the petitioner, criminal cases are pending at different places in different corners of the country which he is required to attend. He submits that because of conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is finding it difficult to attend proceedings in other cases.

3. There is no absolute embargo on petitioner's movement. One of the conditions imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall not leave the State of Chhattisgarh without the leave of the trial Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out that any such applications are being filed or being rejected.

5. From the report received from Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, it appears that so far, the petitioner is not alleged to have misused his liberty while on bail nor has attempted to misdirect or protract the criminal trial. In that view of the matter, I am

inclined to dispose off the petition with the observation that as per the leave granted by this Court, as and when the petitioner satisfies the trial court that he is required to appear in connection with any other case in some other Court, trial Court shall duly consider his application and allow exemption from personal appearance as also may grant leave to the petitioner to leave State of Chhattisgarh to enable him to appear in other pending criminal cases registered against him.

6. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
