Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/10/17 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application to the respondent No. 3 on 11.02.2014 for refund of the fees that has been deposited against the B.D.S. Courses. But later on, the petitioner got admission in the M.B.B.S. Course, yet the fees has not been refunded to her till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 02 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of

copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
