Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have sent an E-Mail to the petitioner informing about grant of certificate of registration to the petitioner, therefore, for the present the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move afresh if the cause of action survives.

2. In view of the prayer made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
