(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 129/2013 registered at Police Station Supela, Distt. Durg for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; further considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which applicant is said to have caused stab injuries to the victim, by which, he sufferred grievous injuries and remained hospitalized for more than fifteen days; further taking into account the criminal antecedents of the applicant; and in one criminal case registered against the applicant, standing/permanent warrant of arrest has been issued against him in December, 2014; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
