In this petition, the petitioner has raised ciaim of a particular pay scale. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the State as well as Corporation in their respective return have stated that the petitioner is being paid the pay scale of 2200-4000 as per his entitlement. Similar statement has also been made by State in reply to para 5(v). Therefore, it has been been stated that 'the post of Public Relation Officer is in second grades of different pay scales and < l the petitioner is being paid pay scale of 2200-4000 as per his entitlement. in view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, learned counsel for e petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off placing on record the aforesaid stand of the respondents with regard to petitioner's entitlement. The aforesaid prayer is not opposed.
