1. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has in S.L.P. Nos. 7864-7889 of 2019 passed order dated 05.04.2019, in which the proceedings for noncompliance of the impugned judgment of the High Court shall not be proceeded with, as an interim measure, therefore, it is prayed that this petition be kept pending until the outcome of the S.L.P. before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
2. There is no reason to keep this petition pending at this stage, as no time can be assigned for the judgment that may be passed by the Supreme Court in future.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of
-2this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file repeat application if any such occasion arises in future.
4. Consequently, the petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
