1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that result of revaluation of the petitioner was declared by respondent No.5/University on 4.11.2017 and she was declared pass and as per Ordinance of the University, she applied for admission in MA (English) on 6.11.2017 before respondent No.6, which was forwarded to respondent No.5/University and thereafter

she has also made applications on 10.11.2017 and 20.11.2017, which have not been decided till this date. Therefore, against the inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner herein.

2. Notices have been issued to respondents No.5, 6 and 7. Mr.Neeraj Choubey appeared on behalf of respondent No.5. None appeared on behalf of respondents No.6 and 7.

3. Since the result of revaluation of the petitioner was only declared on 4.11.2017 and she applied for admission in MA (English) on 6.11.2017, but no decision has been taken by the respondents and her application has been processed and sent to respondent No.5, respondent No.5 is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for admission in MA (English) within a period of 7 days from today strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the result was declared by respondent No.5/University on 4.11.2017 of BA (English) and further for delay in academic session of the University, the students cannot be made to suffer.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
