Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 08.07.2021 .

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II on 04.08.2008, thereafter, she has completed his 8 years of service on 04.08.2016 from the initial date of appointment, therefore, as per the circular of the State Government dated 17.05.2013 the petitioner was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 04.08.2016 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted from 01.07.2017.

2. Considering the facts, after perusal of the circular dated 17.05.2013, it is directed that the respondent/s shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after

-2verification of the factual aspect whether the petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 04.08.2016 or not. It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
