1. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.347/2020, registered at Police Station - Kondagaon, District-Kondagaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) (ii-c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
