Hon'ble Shri Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order on Board 02.06.2016 The Petitioner has filed this Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the Respondent in executing the Transfer Order passed on 03.02.2016. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this particular issue has already been decided in a large number of Petitions by this Court including W.P.(S) No. 6424 of 2009.

It is found that in the case of the Petitioner the order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 6424 of 2009 (C.G. Patle Vs. State of

Chhattigarh & Others) would apply.

Therefore, the Petition is disposed of with a direction that if the transfer order stands as on today and has not been stayed byany other authorities of the State Government, it should be complied with in the case of the Petitioner.
